- Quality or functional issues: Missing or mismatched parts, a damaged tree, or lights that do not work may qualify for a free replacement or approved return shipping after photo or video review.
- Customer-caused or non-defective returns: Return shipping, handling, storage, redelivery, or other related charges may apply.

Please include your order number, product model or SKU, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video when applicable. Wait for written authorization before sending any return; our team will provide the correct return instructions.
After assembly, gently separate and fan out each branch tip. Work from the bottom section upward and move around the tree evenly. Taking time to shape every tip creates a fuller, more natural silhouette.
Allow approximately 6 inches between the top of the tree or topper and the ceiling. Because this is a full-profile tree, leave about 12 inches beyond the listed width in every direction for shaping, ornaments, and comfortable setup.
Orders normally leave the warehouse within 24β48 business hours and are usually shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx. Processing and carrier scans may take longer during the holiday peak season.
Email support@rossettalight.com with your order number, model or SKU, and clear photos or video. After review, an eligible quality or functional issue may qualify for a free replacement or approved return shipping.
Eligible non-defective return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved before shipment. The complete tree, accessories, instructions, and original packaging must be in resalable condition. Return shipping and applicable handling or storage charges are the customer's responsibility.
Contact support@rossettalight.com before shipping. Include your order number, product or SKU, reason for return, and supporting photos or video when needed. Wait for written authorization and the approved return location, then send Rossetta the tracking number for each package.
